At Embodied Narratives, my mission is to explore the intersection of theater, therapy, and social transformation. I strive to create environments where stories can heal, memories can resurface, and new perspectives can flourish. My blog essays capture this journey, providing insights into ritual, transformation, the power of narrative. integrating body, mind, and soul, I aim to both individual and collective healing, challenge social structures, and promote a more and creative future.

I believe in the transformative power of self-expression and the collective potential for change. My goal is to question established systems, foster mutual respect, create a world where healing, creativity, and freedom coexist. With a commitment to inclusivity, I seek to dismantle hierarchies and encourage collaboration over competition to build connections that transcend traditional power structures



About Me
I am a passionate artist, theater director, and trainee therapist with a rich background in the arts and social engagement. My career is driven by a commitment to using theater and creative practices as catalysts for social change, healing, and personal growth. I shaped concepts for participatory music theater projects at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and facilitated workshops within diverse communities. With a foundation environmental science, I adopt a holistic, systems-based perspective that considers both personal and ecological aspects of transformation. Currently, I am enhancing my expertise in theater therapy and Body-Mind Centering, ensuring a comprehensive approach to my practice. My journey also includes roles as a dance and theater educator and activist, reinforcing my belief in the power of collective action and individual expression
